What we sell

MyCareerPortal provides digital educational services — online access to a paid MCQ bank. Nothing is shipped.

When refunds apply

A refund is available in two situations:

• —a duplicate payment, or
• —a technical issue on our side where access was not provided.

When refunds do not apply

Refunds are not applicable once access to the MCQ bank has been successfully granted.

How to request one

Send your request within 7 days of payment by email or through the contact form. Approved refunds are returned within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
